Porting Services
We offer both 5 Axis CNC and Hand porting for many different applications. We can cater to anyone’s needs whether it is MX, Dunes, TT, or Hill Racing. All heads are flow tested on our SuperFlow flow bench or our Audie Technologies flow bench. All heads receive a Newen Contour BB valve job. Starting @ $550. Contact us for more information!
Dyno Tuning for Carbureted Bikes Only
Wednesdays ONLY until further notice
We offer full in-house Dyno Tuning on our SuperFlow CycleDyn dyno. This is an Eddy Current load cell dyno with a Wideband 02 Sensor for the perfect air/fuel ratio. Starting @ 180 Hr.
We are currently working on a solution to tune fuel injected bikes.
Shop Services
From the smallest oil change to building full custom rides from the ground up – we can tackle any project. Turn around time is less then a week on most projects. Shop Labor Rate - 120 Hr.
Valve Jobs
Next to porting heads, we also offer full valve services. There is no such thing as a typical valve job. Every job is unique. We specialize in +1 and +2 valves, either stainless steel or titanium.
For +3 valve applications we will need to know your cylinder bore size.
Head and Block Decking
To assure a flat finish, heads are decked or milled for that perfect head gasket seal. Also, if you’re looking to raise your compression ratio!
CNC Machining
Not all porting jobs are done by hand. We have some massive machinery to help us get the big jobs done- fast!
Cylinder Honing
We offer and deal with many aftermarket builds, many which include a larger piston. With a freshly honed cylinder, is what makes those builds possible.
Custom Exhausts
A built head won’t do much good if you don’t have a properly flowing exhaust behind it. We offer full exhaust and custom pipework, made uniquely to your build and preferences. Templates may be used depending on circumstances.
Lathe Machining
Known as the “Mother of all Machine Tools”, we can carefully design things such as CV axle spacers, custom bolts, you name it.
